At a media conference held in Singapore on Dec 7, Song introduced his girlfriend to the staff.
Records indicate he may have been at The Coliseum at Hard Rock Hotel at Resorts World Sentosa, where he was promoting Reborn Rich.
In the past eight years, the South Korean actor has made eight trips to Singapore.
His agency HighZium Studio confirmed on Dec 26 that Song is indeed dating a British woman, but did not specify her nationality.
The agency stated: “Actor Song Joong-ki is currently dating a woman with positive feelings. We hope you will view them in a positive light.”
“Please understand that we cannot confirm any information other than that they are dating, and we ask you to refrain from publishing any speculative or unconfirmed reports.”
According to reports, the actor’s girlfriend is a non-celebrity and they met through a mutual friend last year.
